الأعاصير والكوارث الطبيعية في القانون الدولي من حيث حماية الأشخاص والمساعدات الإنسانية

It is well known and established that natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods are among the most dangerous phenomena experienced by humanity, and all countries have sought to confront these disasters as much as possible, and try to limit their effects, prevent and mitigate human and material losses, and provide humanitarian aid such as food, medicine, and other means. Which are among the necessary needs for these affected areas by natural disasters and providing protection for individuals within the affected areas. This is regulated by the National Legislator in some countries and also regulated by International Agreements, and the International Law is concerned with natural disasters and their consequences in addition to developing strategies to reduce its risks.Downloads
