استهدف البحث الحالي معرفة تأثير أبعاد عملية إصلاح خدمة الإنترنت المقدمة من شركات الاتصالات العاملة بمدينة بنغازي على النوايا السلوكية اللاحقة لعملائها، ولتحقيق هدف البحث، صممت قائمة استقصاء لجمع البيانات وتحليلها، باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة من خلال عينة كرات الثلج، بلغ عدد مفرداتها (165) مفردة من عملاء شركات الاتصالات قيد البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى أن أبعاد عملية إصلاح خدمة الإنترنت المقدمة من شركات الاتصالات العاملة بمدينة بنغازي تؤثر تأثيرا معنويا إيجابيا مباشرا على النوايا السلوكية اللاحقة لعملائها، كما توصل أيضا إلى أن أكثر الأبعاد تأثيرا في عملية الإصلاح بعدي المعالجة الفورية وتقديم تفسير. وفي ضوء ذلك قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها أن تجنب شركات الاتصالات قيد البحث حدوث أي إخفاق مستقبلي في تقديم الخدمة، أو معالجته فور حدوثه.
