Self-Archiving Policy (Repository Policy)

The BUCPS Conference Proceedings Series supports and encourages authors to deposit copies of their published research in institutional or subject repositories, or on their personal websites, provided that they cite the original publication link and DOI.

Permitted Deposit:

Authors are permitted to deposit only the Version of Record (the final peer-reviewed and copy-edited version published on the platform) without any embargo period.

Prohibited Deposit:

Authors are not permitted to deposit the pre-print (submitted version) or the accepted version (post-peer review, pre-copyediting) in public repositories or on personal websites prior to the official publication on the platform.

Publication Fees: The platform does not charge readers any fees for accessing the content. Publication fees, if applicable, are determined in agreement with the scientific committee of each conference and are clearly announced on the conference webpage.
