Ethical Publishing Policy

  1. Scientific Integrity: The platform adheres to the fundamental standards of ethical publishing in accordance with COPE guidelines and encourages authors to follow the ethical guidelines of their respective institutions.
  2. Plagiarism Prevention: All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection tools (e.g., iThenticate) under the supervision of the conference scientific committee. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism will be rejected or, if exceeding the accepted similarity threshold (determined by the conference scientific committee), will not be published.
  3. Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Authors, reviewers, and the conference scientific committee are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest that may influence the peer review or publication process.
  4. Researcher Identifiers: The platform encourages authors to use their personal researcher identifiers, such as ORCID, to permanently document their scholarly identity and link it to their published research.
