Editorial Board Structure
- Editor-in-Chief: Oversees decision-making, nominates new editors, and approves publication requests. Must be a recognized academic at the university.
- Editorial Board: A group of experienced academics from various disciplines, with a renewable 3-year term. They make consensus-based decisions on the acceptance or rejection of conference publication requests.
- Advisory Board: Provides advice to the Editor-in-Chief, particularly regarding the nomination of new editors. Experts from outside the university may be appointed.
- Evaluation Process: The Editorial Board evaluates publication requests based on trust in the conference, relying on the peer review description, committee members, and the conference's history. Final decisions are made by consensus, with voting as an option in case of disagreement.
