Withdrawal and Removal Policy

No published article shall be removed or withdrawn from the platform except upon submission of an official, documented request signed by the conference chair or the chair of the conference scientific committee. The request must clearly state the justifications for removal, which may include substantial scientific error, copyright infringement, or plagiarism. The request shall be evaluated by the platform's editorial team, and if approved, an official notice explaining the reason for the action shall be published. An internal log of all such requests shall be maintained.
