Scope of Publishing Policy

The BUCPS Conference Proceedings Series provides publishing services for scientific conference proceedings held under the auspices of the University of Benghazi or in collaboration with it. The platform's role is limited to electronic publication, indexing, and distribution. All responsibilities related to scientific peer review, revision, and editorial oversight rest entirely with the conference's scientific committee. The platform assumes no responsibility for the scientific content of the research papers, and the conference scientific committee and the authors are held accountable for the accuracy of the information contained therein.
