Copyright, Licensing, and Publishing Rights

1.Copyright Ownership:

Authors retain all copyrights to their work without any restrictions.
The platform does not require authors to transfer or exclusively assign their copyrights.
Upon submission of a manuscript for publication, authors grant the platform a non-exclusive license to publish, disseminate, distribute, archive, and index the work in international databases.
Authors have the right to republish their research elsewhere (e.g., books, theses, repositories, etc.) provided that they cite the original publication in the conference proceedings series.

2.Licensing:

All published research is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This license permits any user to reuse, distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose (commercial or non-commercial), provided that proper attribution is given to the original author, the source and link are cited, and any modifications made to the work are indicated.

3.Author Responsibilities:

Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their research, ensuring that it is free from any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, plagiarism, or undisclosed conflicts of interest.
Authors must obtain all necessary permissions to reproduce any copyrighted material belonging to third parties within their work.

4.Open Access:

The platform adheres to the DOAJ definition of open access. All content is freely available to the public immediately upon publication, without any subscription or registration barriers. The platform does not charge readers any fees for accessing the content.

Publisher: University of Benghazi - Documentation and Information Center.
Series Title: Benghazi University Conference Proceedings Series.
Abbreviation: BUCPS.
Frequency: One volume per year, comprising six conference issues and one special issue for workshops.
Conference Type: Open-access conference proceedings series.
Review Policy: Peer review is the sole responsibility of the scientific committee of each conference.
