Application Process for Conference Proceedings

1. Submission of Request: The conference organizer submits a request via a designated electronic form, including the full conference name, abbreviation, dates, a detailed description of the peer review process, names and affiliations of committee members, and historical information (if available) such as submission numbers and acceptance rates.

2. Editor Selection: The applicant selects at least one editor from the Editorial Board, based on the editor's proximity to the conference field, to initiate the evaluation.

3. Prior Approval: It is prohibited to announce the publication of the conference proceedings in the series prior to obtaining approval from the Editorial Board, ensuring the Board's decision-making authority.
