Conference Proceedings Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submission Requirements:

  • The manuscript must be original and not previously published.
  • The manuscript must align with the scope of the conference to which it is submitted.
  • All submissions are subject to the open access policy and the CC BY 4.0 license.

Manuscript Formatting (subject to conference-specific variations):

  • Language: English is preferred (Arabic abstract is optional).
  • Font: 12-point (Times New Roman or Arial).
  • Line Spacing: 1.5.
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • Page Length: 6 to 10 pages (varies by conference).
  • Citation Style: APA or IEEE (as determined by the conference).

Required Submission Materials:

  • Manuscript file in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
  • Metadata file containing the title, abstract, keywords, and all authors' information including ORCIDs.
  • Authorship declaration form confirming the originality of the work and that it has not been published previously (template available for download).

Full Papers

This section is dedicated to full-length original research papers that have been presented and accepted at the conference. All articles submitted to this section undergo a peer-review process overseen by the conference’s Scientific Committee and are published in full in the conference proceedings.

Editorial

This section is dedicated to publishing opening remarks, welcome messages, introductory statements, and concluding reports prepared by the conference chairs and the scientific and organizing committees. The content of this section is not subject to peer review and is published under the responsibility of the Conference Chair and the Conference Scientific Committee.

Extended Abstracts

This section is dedicated to publishing extended abstracts of studies and research papers presented at the conference, which typically range from 2 to 4 pages in length. These extended abstracts are reviewed by the conference’s Scientific Committee.

Poster Abstracts

This section contains abstracts of the poster presentations presented at the conference. The poster abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee and published as brief abstracts without full-text papers.

Plenary/ Keynote

This section is dedicated to publishing abstracts or full texts of keynote lectures and plenary sessions delivered by invited speakers. The content of this section is not subject to peer review (non-peer-reviewed).

Workshops

This section contains research papers or reports presented as part of the workshops accompanying the conference. These research papers and reports are subject to review and peer evaluation in accordance with the policies of the Conference Scientific Committee and the organizing committee of each workshop.

  • Contacting authors and reviewers regarding the status of submissions.

  • Users have the right to request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting the technical support team.
